& ANIMAL SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT & LOST
& FOUND: Save a life! PETFINDER.COM
has over 260,000 homeless pets: mixed breeds
and purebred pets of all ages (with photos) waiting to
be adopted from over 11,000 shelters and rescue groups
across the country. There are larger animals also
available: horses, goats, sheep, pigs, etc. Please
choose to adopt, rather than buy! When people
decide to obtain a pet anywhere other than a shelter,
it means that one shelter animal is denied a home and
faces euthanasia. Please remember to spay and neuter! PLEASE
CHOOSE TO SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR PET! The number
of animals looking for homes in shelters (they are the
lucky ones), plus the number that are abandoned,
starving, or eaten by predators, is heartbreakingly
high! Area shelters are often full and can no longer
take in unwanted animals. If you think you can't
afford the operation, remember that it will cost just
as much (or more) to feed all those new mouths, and
more, if there are complications during birth and you
have to take your beloved pet in for surgery! If you
can't afford to spay or neuter, call Trinity County
Animal Shelter at 530-623-1370 or Haven Humane in
Redding to ask about programs to help pay for
spaying/neutering, especially for feral animals. Adopt a horse and save it from the
slaughterhouse! The reduction of the use of Hormone
Therapy has caused the demise of thousands of horses.

LIGHT BULB: Almost new, white, Mogul base
(larger than a regular light bulb base), bought from
Bayley Lumber for $14, part # 706406. This bulb was
bought to try to fix an issue with our exterior light

when it was replaced, the new fixture uses a different
style and base bulb. This bulb only turned on one, so
it has plenty of life. I have no other fixtures that
work with this bulb. I cannot return it, since I wrote
on the box. More info: email Rachel
